Data deletion

Timmy AI, made by NextSolutions AI, Inc., helps businesses answer messages from their customers. If you have messaged a business that uses Timmy AI, we may hold a copy of that conversation on the business's behalf. You can ask us to delete it.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@nextsolutionsai.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
  2. Tell us the business you contacted, and the phone number, email address, or Instagram or Facebook username you used to contact them. We need this to find your data and nothing else.
  3. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • The messages you exchanged with the business through Timmy AI, on any channel.
  • Your contact record: name, phone number, email address, and messaging handles.
  • Any preferences or notes the business saved about you.

Bookings you made may be kept by the business itself where required for its own records, for example to honour a reservation or comply with tax law. Those are the business's records, not ours. We remove the link between them and your deleted contact record.

Instagram and Facebook

If you contacted a business on Instagram or Facebook, removing Timmy AI from your Meta account settings (Settings → Apps and websites) stops us receiving any further messages from you. It does not delete what we already hold. Use the email above for that.
