Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Timmy AI per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display; attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Timmy AI's platform; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
The materials on Timmy AI are provided on an 'as is' basis. Timmy AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Timmy AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Timmy AI, even if Timmy AI or a Timmy AI authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing on Timmy AI could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Timmy AI does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete or current.
Timmy AI has not reviewed all of the sites linked to our platform and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Timmy AI of the site.
Timmy AI may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
Timmy AI, operated by NextSolutions AI, Inc., sends text messages on behalf of the restaurants and businesses that use it. Messages are conversational and transactional: booking and appointment confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations, waitlist and table-available notifications you asked for, secure payment links you requested during a booking, and replies to questions you text to a business.
You can opt in by texting a participating business, by giving your number and consent during a call, or by checking the text-message consent box when you book online. Message frequency varies by your activity with each business; you will typically receive 1–5 messages per booking or conversation. Timmy AI does not send marketing or promotional messages under this program.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact support at support@nextsolutionsai.com.
